Your Char and Lu necklace isn’t pulled from a warehouse shelf. Each one is assembled by hand after you order, in the colorway and size you choose.
That means a little extra time—and something made specifically for your dog. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to make and prepare your necklace for shipment. Personalized orders may use the full processing window.
